What is a Trunk Show?  A bridal trunk show is used for Bridal stores to let clients to try on  the latest, seasonal designs from their designers.  Most of these dresses are not released in the market yet, but they are being advertized in the media.  Trunk shows allow the stores to make special offers to the clients.  If you are interested in certain designer dress, it would be a good opportunity to get it in better deal during the trunsk show.
